Your ANDROID Device must be be rooted.
Why ? :: Because We need to Install DROIDWALL (Download Here) which Controls the Internet Traffic. (although, You may skip this step if you don;t want to Root your Device)
Now Download and Install Operamini Handler (Download Here)
Run DROID WALL and check " Opmin61HUI100 " and Apply Rules. (Make Sure Firewall Enabled button is GREEN).
Now Settings \\ Wireless and Network \\ Mobile Networks \\ Use packet Data & make Packet Data Connection ON.
Now run Opera Mini 6 Handler, and Select
Proxy Type : Realhost
Proxy : mobile.twitter.com/signup
If you don’t have your device root-ed, & You dont want to root the Device as it Voids the Warranty.
Close all Applications that uses Network Connectivity,and disable the Sync ( Settings \\ Accounts \\ Sync Uncheck Background data and Backqound Access.).
